Governance Documents

As a classified agency of the Ontario government, we are required to post governance documents and expense information on our website. On this page, find links and information about our memorandum of understanding, business plan, annual reports and financial statements.

These governance documents provide a strong and clear accountability framework.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

All classified agencies require a memorandum of understanding, which is an administrative agreement with the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care. It reflects the accountability framework and guides the mutual understanding of responsibilities of both the minister and our chair.
