As a classified agency of the Ontario government, we are required to post governance documents and expense information on our website. On this page, find links and information about our memorandum of understanding, business plan, annual reports and financial statements.
These governance documents provide a strong and clear accountability framework.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
All classified agencies require a memorandum of understanding, which is an administrative agreement with the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care. It reflects the accountability framework and guides the mutual understanding of responsibilities of both the minister and our chair.
Annual Business Plan
Our annual business plan maps out our strategic direction and upcoming activities for the next 3 fiscal years. To maintain confidentiality and privacy, the business plan does not contain any sensitive or confidential information.
Our annual reports include performance targets, a performance report, financial statements and appointees. We are required to table our annual report with the legislature before posting it.
